Since the appointment of a Loneliness Minister in the UK in 2018, it has become official that loneliness is a serious problem in our Western society. With ALL IS LONELINESS we intend to capture the feeling of loneliness and make it tangible for the viewer. The focus of the film will be on people who are not directly related to this topic at first; the 20-50-year-olds: People who stand in the middle of life and are professionally successful.
In order for the protagonists to be able to express themselves freely, voices will not be assigned to the faces of the people in the picture. This very conscious design creates a strong
connection in terms of content, which makes the state of "bad" as well as "good" loneliness an emotional experience for the viewer.
